Novora Commodity is a Sweden-based international commodity brokerage. We connect buyers around the world with carefully selected suppliers of dried sea cucumbers along the East African coast.

Supplier Identification
We identify and screen suppliers along the East African coast, reviewing their operations, capacity and working practices before any engagement begins.
Personal Source Visit
We travel to the source in person. Meeting suppliers on site allows us to understand how the product is handled from landing through drying.
Quality Inspection
Product is inspected before export — appearance, dryness, sizing, sorting and packaging are reviewed against the requirements of the buyer.
Export Coordination
We work alongside suppliers and exporters to coordinate documentation, packing and shipment so consignments move correctly and on schedule.
